Hi, I’m Karis! I’m a professional singer and actor, and a kid at heart. I blend my professional performance knowledge with my teaching experience.
MY BACKGROUND
I am a certified CTE (Career Technical Education) teacher in California.
I’ve been teaching music for years, for many ages- as an elementary music teacher, for parent-and-me baby classes, and as the Music Director for a middle school musical theatre program.
I have a BFA in Acting/Minor in Vocal Studies from Baldwin Wallace University. Go Jackets!
I have many professional theatre and on-camera credits. I’m still adding to my resume, so I’m up to date on current professional practices.
I am First Aid/CPR certified.
I specialize in working with kids, but I am open to all ages (adults too!)
